If you want to be one of the greatest on paid social, then you need to storyboard your creative like HBO.
1️⃣ Number one: They’re leading with the benefit with Shaq saying that he wants to be known as one of the greats. So the audience is aware of why they should care. Furthermore, you’re getting visual representation of Shaq, which is second to none.
2️⃣ Number two: What I like is how the visualizations are matching the narrative. So when Shaq is saying he’s going to be one of the greatest of all time, there’s visualizations of Shaq growing up with his father. And so by having both, it’s easier for the audience to digest and understand why they care about the story.
3️⃣ Number three: Now you might say, this video’s a little bit long at 30 seconds for paid social. But from my experience, it’s not necessarily the shorter videos that are going to be more optimal, but the videos that tell a better story. The better you’re able to get the audience attached, the more likely they’re actually going to jump offline.
